End User License Agreement ("Agreement")

Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and the development team of Kaya Music Bot ("we," "us," or "our"). By adding, accessing, or using Kaya Music Bot ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to abide by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must remove the Bot from your server and discontinue its use immediately.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kaya Music Bot for its intended purpose within your Discord server. This license is subject to compliance with this Agreement and does not imply ownership of the Bot or its intellectual property.

Restrictions

  • You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Bot.
  • You may not sell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Bot.
  • You must not use the Bot for illegal or harmful purposes, including but not limited to copyright infringement, harassment, or spamming.
  • You may not use the Bot in a way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

Ownership

Kaya Music Bot, including its source code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of its development team. This Agreement does not transfer ownership rights to you.

Data Collection and Privacy

Use of the Bot is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Bot, you consent to data collection practices described therein.

Updates

We may update or modify Kaya Music Bot at any time without prior notice. Such updates may include bug fixes, new features, or changes to functionality. Continued use of the Bot after updates constitutes acceptance of these changes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Kaya Music Bot at any time for violation of this Agreement or other reasons at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must remove the Bot from your server and cease all use.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Kaya Music Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Bot will function without interruptions or errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, server disruption, or any other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Kaya Music Bot.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the European Union (EU). Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the EU, subject to applicable laws.

Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of Kaya Music Bot after such updates signifies acceptance of the revised Agreement.
